Senior Project Manager
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Qualifications: Professional Engineering License; Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience, including 5 years of supervisory experience; Strong business development and client relationship skills; Diverse engineering or construction management experience including but not limited to: highway design, drainage analysis, construction oversight, and permitting; Experience with MicroStation and Bentley Software systems.
Responsibilities: Provide effective leadership to reporting staff members; Determine and manage client expectations; Supervise design projects using the Bentley Software Package; Assist with business development efforts by selling work, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships; Take responsibility for company revenue growth.
Senior Civil Engineer
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Qualifications: Professional Engineering License; Minimum of 10+ years of relevant work experience; Strong project coordination skills; Diverse design experience including but not limited to: highway design, drainage analysis, erosion and sediment control planning, geotechnical inspections, and permitting; Experience with MicroStation and Bentley Software systems.
Responsibilities: Produce innovative design plans to meet client expectations; Perform design calculations and organize project submittals; Offer informed engineering recommendations towards the design process; Contribute to business development; Take responsibility for client satisfaction.
Project Engineer
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management,
or related field
Qualifications: EIT certification; Necessary educational requirements or 1-5 years of experience with engineering analysis and design; Experience with transportation, geotechnics, or hydrology is preferred.
Responsibilities: Develop design plans for review and approval by supervising engineer; Assist with design review processes and permitting submissions; Perform engineering calculations to inform design decisions; Engage in personal training and professional development.
Engineering CAD Designer
Education: Associates of Applied Technology, or equivalent technical experience
Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in drafting/design work with Bentley Software Systems, specifically MicroStation.
Responsibilities: Provide expertise in the realm of Computer Aided Design (CAD) specifically as it relates to Bentley Software Systems and MicroStation; Produce engineering design plans under the supervision and direction of a civil engineering designer.

S&C Associates, a boutique planning and engineering firm with locations in Sun Valley and Boise Idaho, is seeking a full-time CAD Drafter to join our team. We work on projects for a variety of clients, including local and regional municipalities, as well as state and federal agencies.
Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in a civil-related field. You will use Bentley ORD, Excel, and Bluebeam Revu in your day-to-day work. You'll work closely with senior engineers on high-impact projects and be expected to maintain and improve company CAD standards.
Minimum Required Qualifications:

Proficient with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD, familiarity and demonstrated experience with civil engineering software such as Bentley ORD or Civil 3D
